The houses are two-storey, downstairs there are a living room with a kitchenette, toilet and bathroom, corner sofa for 2 people, coffee table, wardrobe and TV. Upstairs there are two separate closed bedrooms, one larger, the second slightly smaller with two beds, which, when combined, form a double bed and a folding 2-seater sofa, bedside tables, coffee tables, a large wardrobe with a mirror in a larger bedroom, a chest of drawers in a smaller bedroom and a chest of drawers in the corridor.
