§1. ADMINISTRATOR OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE RECREATION CENTER MARINA KOCIEWSKA RESORTS & WATER SPORTS IN OCYPEL

§3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF GUESTS OF A HOLIDAY CENTER
The purpose for which personal data is processed is the conclusion and implementation of a contract for the provision of accommodation services. In addition, the purpose of processing personal data by the Recreation Center is:

1. pursuing any claims by the Recreation Center in connection with the damage caused by the Guest or defense against the Guest's claims relative to the Recreation Center,
2. documenting the performance of the service for tax purposes,
3. providing the highest quality services for Guests of the Recreation Center.

In the case that the Guest has agreed to processing of personal data for marketing purposes, the Recreation Center processes personal data for this purpose, i.e. to send marketing information and offers about its products and services to the Guests. In addition, the Recreation Center processes the Guests' personal data collected by the monitoring of the Recreation Center in order to ensure the safety of the Guests of the Center and other people staying at the Center.

§4. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. The legal basis for processing Guest's personal data obtained by the Recreation Center is a contract for the provision of accommodation services.
2. The legal basis for the processing of the Guest's personal data used for marketing purposes is the Guest's consent. The Recreation Center informs that consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place before the withdrawal of consent.
3. The legal basis for processing the Guest's personal data by monitoring is to protect his vital interests and protect the vital interests of other natural person, as well as the justified purpose of the administrator.
4. The legal basis for the processing of the Guest's personal data to ensure the highest quality of services for Guests of the Recreation Center is the justified purpose of the administrator.


§ 5. ENTITIES WHO CAN HAVE THE ACCESS FOR THE PERSONAL DATA
Recreation Center transfers personal data to the following categories of entities:

1. companies providing center IT support services and providing IT software,
2. accounting companies providing accounting services,
3. transport and taxi companies when the Guest orders transport or courier services,
4. law companies providing legal advisory and legal representation services.


§ 6. PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data:
1. obtained in connection with the concluded agreement for the provision of accommodation services will be processed for the period of limitation of tax claims or civil law claims of the Recreation Center or Guest, depending on which of these events occurs later,
2. obtained on the basis of consent for marketing purposes will be processed for the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes,
3. obtained in connection with monitoring will be processed for 30 days from the date of fixation, and then they will be permanently removed.

§ 7. GUEST RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Each guest has the right to access personal data, rectify, delete or limit processing. In addition, each guest has the right to object to the processing. § 8. POSSIBILITY OF FILEING A COMPLAINT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Each guest has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of his personal data to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2 Street 00-193 Warsaw.

§ 9. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Providing personal data in terms of name, address, telephone contact number, child's age, when staying at the Recreation Center with the child and vehicle registration number, in the case of parking at the Recreation Center is a requirement to conclude an agreement on accommodation services. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the Recreation Center from concluding a contract for accommodation services.

§10. AUTOMATED DECISIONS BASED ON PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING PROFILING
The Recreation Center does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.
