We are building 3-storey, modern holiday houses in the area of Marina Kociewska in Ocypel and we are currently renovating the building with apartments and rooms. The new Captain's apartment, with two separate bedrooms, 40m2 (former lounge) is almost ready. Each house is about 60m2 + 10m2 terrace. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a toilet, on the first floor there are two bedrooms. The cottage can accommodate up to 10 people. The main advantages of our houses are: location - great view, wooded area that gives shade and total proximity to the beach - 20-40 meters from the house, modern construction and comfortable equipment, The cost of renting a house, when booking for min. week, is 240 PLN / day with 4 people, each additional person costs 30 PLN / day. The plan is that two houses will be ready in July this year, but we are not accepting reservations yet, because probably everyone knows how it is in construction :) and there is a current epidemiological threat
